At Ruqa, we aim to deliver your favorite jewelry pieces as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process within India:
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India to most pin codes via our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to explore alternative options.
Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. During high-demand periods, festivals, or sale events, there may be slight delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid orders above ₹1299. A flat shipping fee may apply to orders below this threshold or for certain express delivery options (if available). Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order status in real-time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Ruqa is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier delays, operational backlogs, or strikes may affect timelines. Ruqa will not be liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving any delivery issues promptly with our logistics partners.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed in INR (Indian National Rupee). Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
International Shipping
At present, we only ship within India. Stay tuned as we expand our delivery services in the future.
